Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY NOTE: Once your product leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping company. If it arrives damaged, arrives to the wrong address, or doesn't arrive at all, it is out of our control. To avoid product loss or damage, you MUST purchase shipping insurance.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom-built spark plug wire sets may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight of product, your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping We ship to all addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
