Performance Spark Plug Wires

Maybe you're a Hot Rod enthusiast who loves to show your car to its best advantage; maybe you need performance for the upcoming race; or maybe you just need a reliable start every time. SparkForge Wires has you covered!

With 9 vibrant colors to choose from, your wires will set you a level above the competition. Because we custom build our wires, you can even mix and match your colors! These 11.5mm diameter wires will bring you to the forefront of the challenge by adding 20-25 horsepower to your overall performance. At 40 Ohms of resistance, your wires have a quicker and hotter spark, bringing peak operation to your vehicle!

NOTE: 40 Ohm wires can be run on any vehicle without electronics. If you have any electronics on your vehicle, you need 40 Ohm wires with suppression.

SparkForge 40 Ohm wires are ALL made with suppressed wire. This allows the 40 Ohm wire to operate as intended without interference to your electrical system.

What makes SparkForge Wires different?

Ours

Theirs

Insulation

SparkForge wires come with a silicone coating, the same as other wires. In addition, they have competition sleeving with an inner core of braided high strength fiberglass, surrounded by a high-quality silicone, bringing the temperature tolerance up to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit

Other wires are insulated by a silicone or EDPM rubber coating.

Resistance

SparkForge Wires have 40 ohms resistance per foot, which gives superior spark energy transfer and the highest EMI/RFI suppression.

Traditional spark plug wires come in a large range (around 1,000 - 10,000 ohms per foot). Most come in around 3,000 - 7,000 ohms per foot.

Note: the lower the ohms, the better the energy transfer.

Numbering

SparkForge Wires come with numbers on both ends of the wire, ensuring correct placement the first time - no guesswork involved.

Traditional spark plug wires do not come with numbers. Good luck!

Conductor

SparkForge Wires have a kevlar core center, with a nickel copper alloy conductor wire, creating a high tensile strength.

Traditional spark plug wires have either copper or aluminum conductor wire (most today are aluminum, due to light weight - easier to break).

We make things that work better and last longer. Our products solve real problems with clean design and honest materials.
